Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours before making your raw ranch dip, it will be easier to blend, removes anti-nutrients and enzyme inhibitors, increases the b vitamin content and allows for the proteins to be absorbed by the body.

Blend all ingredients in your blender, preferably a Vitamix
because it is so powerful and can blend nuts and seeds really well.

After blending chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
