Raw Beet and Apple Smoothie Recipe
Today I had an abundance of beets and apples that a friend had given me recently, so I made a smoothie that is not only delicious, but also extremely nutritious!

Beets are naturally cleansing and are also very high in vitamins A, B, and C they also contain betain which is used in some cases to treat depression.
Apples are one of the world’s healthiest and widely available fruits, they contain lots of vitamin C and antioxidants which helps to counteract free radical damage.
Tip: Apply Olive Oil to your hands before handling your beets and your hands will not stain.
- 3 Beets peeled and cut into small pieces
- 4 Apples
- 1 Cup Parsley
- 1 Cup Grapes
- 4 Mandarin Oranges
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 1 Carrot
- 1-3 cups of water add as needed
Directions- Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until smooth consistency is reached. Add celery as a garnish. Enjoy!
