The quickest and most effective way to achieve more beauty is through eating more raw foods. Eventually a 100% Raw Foods diet is best for beauty, health, and spiritual evolution.

Minerals are the quickest and most beneficial ways to become more beautiful. Green vegetables provide us with the minerals our bodies need to have Exceptional beauty. Green vegetables provide the following minerals that are great for beauty:

* Silicon: Helps to strengthen skin, hair, and nails
* Zinc: Rebuilds collagen for more supple and youthful skin, slows down the aging process
* Magnesium and Potassium: Aids the bodies process of detoxifying and cleansing
* Iron: Improves skin tone by helping the bodies circulation

Green Vegetables that are good for proper mineral intake

* Swiss Chard
* Kale
* Collard Greens
* Arugula
* Spinach
* Watercress
* Broccoli
* Celery
* Cucumbers

Make sure to alternate between the green vegetables you are eating. This helps to get all the different minerals, vitamins, and amino acids your body needs. Eat at least one new green vegetable per day and maybe even a few. Organic is always best because it has the best mineral content. Drink lots and lots of water!
